How do I choose a program?

You don’t have to. We start with a free consultation to see what you really need. I’ll give real-time feedback, and you decide with no commitment.

Where can I get more info about the programs?

We’ll go through your goals, habits, and current routines, and I’ll explain which program fits you best. You’ll get all the prices, what’s included, how flexible the programs are, and real answers in real time.

Do you provide meal plans?

It depends. Together, we choose what works best for you – whether that’s ordering food, prepping meals for the week, following a non-tracking approach, or calculating macros. I’ll give you guidance that fits your lifestyle and goals.

I have an injury – what is best for me?

During our consultation, we’ll review your injury and current movement abilities. If I determine your case is outside my scope of practice, I will refer you to another qualified professional.

I can also work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance on nutrition, rehabilitation, and lifestyle changes to support your recovery.

Do I need special equipment?

No. Programs are designed to adapt to you and your budget.

As you progress, we might add more at-home equipment or introduce gym sessions if you haven’t used one before – but this is part of the coaching, helping you build confidence with new tools and movements.

How long until I see results?

Results vary depending on your starting point and consistency, but you’ll notice changes in habits and performance within weeks.

Will you just sell me the most expensive program?

No. My spaces are limited, and I can’t oversell my programs. I won’t push a more expensive solution if your needs can be met with a one-time coaching session.

Do you have only workout programs?

If you want a self-paced program without full coaching, the Workout Programming gives you a personalized plan with a weekly check-in message to keep you accountable.

I’m focusing on personalization, so I don’t offer one-size-fits-all custom programs at the moment. However, I am working on something very special.
