I do not offer pre-built or group coaching. Every person I work with receives personal coaching and programming.

Do I need to compete to join the performance coaching?

No.
The performance coaching is also for experienced individuals who already train consistently and want to level up, avoid plateaus, and improve performance properly.

Can I transition from health coaching to performance coaching later?

Absolutely.
Many of my clients start with coaching and move into performance coaching once their foundation is solid.

Do you coordinate with existing run or triathlon coach?

Yes.
I often work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting athletes with nutrition and strength & conditioning alongside their endurance coach.

How do you manage training around work and life stress?

Training is built around your life, not the other way around.
Lifestyle, work, and recovery capacity are always considered in planning.

What if I’m currently dealing with pain or recurring injury?

If pain is present, we address it first.
I collaborate with medical professionals when needed, begin with pain management, identify root causes, and rebuild capacity progressively.
